Biothin vs. SDF3: which one should you choose?

There are currently lots of different products available for those who are hoping to lose weight the natural way. Most of these products claim to be the best on the market, and indeed some of them are actually good quality products. Biothin is one of these products, but is it a good buy, or should you look elsewhere for your weight loss supplement?

Biothin is marketed and sold on websites and it carries the name of Dr. Mercola, the well-known nutritionist and dietician. Dr. Mercola is famous for his outspoken views on the state of the all American diet so beloved by US citizens: junk food and low nutritional value convenience foods sold in the supermarkets. He spends a great deal of time trying to educate people on how they can improve their diet by including natural supplements, so with the advent of his latest weight loss supplement, plenty of people are heading over to the virtual store and spending their hard earned cash on Biothin.

But is Biothin worth the price, or are there cheaper and better alternatives available?

The list of ingredients in Biothin is pretty impressive. Biothin contains a number of well-documented natural ingredients known to be effective weight loss aids, but the main ingredient is Irvingia Gabonensis, otherwise known as African Mango. This special ingredient is big news at the moment thanks to its astounding effectiveness in the weight loss market, but although it is a headlining ingredient, it is still relatively cheap to buy, so why is Biothin so expensive?

You might assume from the high prices charged for Biothin on the mercola website that the other ingredients in these capsules are the equivalent of gold dust and just as expensive, but this is definitely not the case. The other recorded ingredients in Biothin include Hoodia, pomegranate, Fucoxanthin, Gambooge, ginger root, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne, none of which cost the earth.

So when all the facts are considered, Biothin is simple expensive for no good reason other than the fact Dr. Mercola is clearly out to make a decent profit!

Is there a good alternative to Biothin?

An excellent alternative to Biothin that consumers should consider is another weight loss supplement known as SDF-3. Also known as Superfruit Diet Formula 3, SDF-3 is made and marketed by New Life Botanicals, a very well respected diet supplement company.

The name ‘superfruit’ derives from the three main ingredients: Acai Berry, African Mango and Sea Buckthorn, all of which have been coined ‘superfruits’ by Dr Oz. The term ‘superfruits’ has become a buzz word in recent times, but in this case, the name is much deserved as all three ingredients are packed full of many health benefits and are known to produce no side effects when taken as part of a natural weight loss and diet supplement.

Since SDF-3 contains not just one superfruit, but three very powerful superfruits, it stands to reason that consumers can expect even better results from taking SDF-3 capsules as part of their healthy weight loss plan. And since SDF-3 does not contain Hoodia, users are also not restricted as to how much of the supplement they can consume during the course of a normal day.

Interestingly, despite containing three superfruits as well as a number of other healthy ingredients, SDF-3 is still much cheaper than Biothineven though Acai Berry and Sea Buckthorn are both more expensive than African Mango. Consequently, there is no doubt that ADF-3 is naturally the better choice for those wishing to lose weight in a healthy manner, but without spending ridiculous amounts of money in the process.
